Refunds and Returns
Style Saver has a no-nonsense no-quibbles returns policy.
The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 say that you have the right to cancel an
order without giving a reason within 7 days.
On Style Saver, you can cancel an order within 7 days for a full refund.
And you can exchange unused and unopened products within 30 days for alternative items.
Unless items are defective, you return them to us at your expense. Alternatively, you may arrange
for us to collect the goods from you, but a deduction will be made from the refund to cover the direct cost of
collecting the goods.
The Style Saver Difference
You may exchange products for any reasons for up to 30 days after purchase as long as your products are unused and unopened.
If you have ordered something by mistake, or simply decide that you don't want it,
you may return it to us at your expense for a replacement within 30 days.
For obvious reasons Style Saver cannot accept returns of products if they
have been opened.
Defective Items
If the product is defective, please give a full description of the fault and return
it in its original packaging with all manuals and accessories for a full refund or replacement within 30 days.
We are happy to pay the cost of returning faulty items to us.
Refunds
The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 require us to say that your money will be returned
within 30 days of cancellation, and it will be. In practise, it will be much quicker - within seven days of us receiving your
returned product or us arranging to collect it from you.
To return an item
Please enclose a note giving the reason for the return, wrap the package securely and
send it to the address below.
If you are returning an item because it is defective, or because of a mistake on
